Abstract

BRILink is Bank BRI's program aimed at expanding banking services throughout Indonesia through cooperation with customers or agency business partners. BRILink act as intermediaries in banking transactions such as cash deposits, cash withdrawals, fund transfers, bill payments, pulse purchases, and other financial services. The program was launched to ease people's access to banking services without having to visit an office, as well as supporting financial inclusion by ensuring everyone, including in remote unserved areas, access to formal financial services. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction levels on BRILink services, based on factors: benefits, convenience, and security to measure customer satisfaction in financial services in improving the economic growth of society. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method with a descriptive data analysis approach. The data source used was the result of a questionnaire via google form and obtained 55 respondents who met the criteria in this writing. The authors conducted an analysis based on several factors that can measure the level of consumer satisfaction and the results of the study showed that people are quite satisfied with the use of BRILink as an office-less payment service in order to expand access to financial services without offices in Indonesia.
