Abstract
The author uses booking information system eyelah extensions to be implemented on eyelash extensions Finix.Beauty which is located in Cibubur, East Jakarta . As the service and ordering process on Finix.Beauty has not used a computerized system that it causes a lot of mistakes when performing the service and recording the earnings, then the author with Finix.beauty teamed up to build a website-based ordering information system that is easy to use and effective in estimating the time spent in serving the consumer. In the construction of this system, the author uses the PIECES method, while the design and development of the system uses the waterfall method. Waterfall method covers konsumen needs, analysis, design, implementation and testing. The model is built using UML (Unifed modeling language) object-oriented method. The system is using the Laravel framework with the Black Box Testing. And the programming language used is PHP with MySQL databases.
