Abstract
This research aims to build a website-based Housing Environmental Fee Management Information System that utilizes internet technology. This system is designed to produce accurate and fast data and information to overcome problems in residential environmental management. With this system, CV. MHY GREEN can more effectively manage citizen data as well as income and expenditure of environmental fees. The benefits of this research include increasing the author's understanding of data management, ease of access and data management for citizens, as well as efficiency for CV. MHY GREEN admins. System development uses the Agile method, which allows continuous adaptation and improvement according to user needs. Testing is carried out using the black box testing method, which shows that the system functions according to design and meets user needs. This system is expected to be an effective and efficient solution in managing housing environmental fees, as well as providing convenience for all parties involved in the process. In addition, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of similar information systems in the future.
