Abstract
The rapid advancement of technology today facilitates various aspects of human life, including education. University students are required to complete final assignments such as proposals and theses. The conventional process of submitting proposals and thesis titles often takes a long time and is inefficient. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a mobile-based application for submitting thesis proposal titles to address various challenges faced by students and faculty administrators, such as difficulty finding suitable times with lecturers, the accumulation of paperwork, and the risk of title duplication. This research employs an agile development method using the Flutter framework in mobile application development. The result of this research is a mobile application that simplifies the process for students to submit thesis proposal titles, reduces waiting time, and increases the efficiency of administrative processes in the faculty.
