Abstract
This abstract examines a review of customer engagement in the context of the BCA Mobile application. Customer engagement is an important concept in marketing strategy and digital product development, which emphasizes active interaction between companies and customers to build meaningful long-term relationships. This study identifies various strategies used by BCA Mobile to increase customer engagement through its app, such as providing informative content, interactive features, and responsive customer service. The analysis also includes the use of customer feedback on levels of enthusiasm, interaction, attention, absorption and identification to continuously improve user experience and customer satisfaction.
