Abstract

Based on the Financial Literacy Index and Summary (SNLIK) in 2022, it showed that for the first time, the financial literacy index of women (50.33%) surpassed that of men (49.05%). However, unfortunately, women's financial performance (83.88%) is still behind men (86.28%). This is due to insufficient financial access for women. Rather than the problems above, the author aims to find out the role of KSPPS Abdi Kerta Raharja in empowering women entrepreneurs. This investigation uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and documentation methods with the Chair of the Ciputat Branch and AKR KSPPS experts. After the data was collected, the author processed it using SWOT analysis methods. This investigation shows that KSPPS AKR plays a role in empowering women entrepreneurs by providing easily accessible and affordable financing services. Based on the results of the SWOT Analysis, KSPPS AKR is in Quadrant 1 in terms of its role in women's entrepreneurship. More than 1000 women entrepreneurs in the Ciputat area have been empowered and have made an impact in terms of increasing income and advancing the business they run, even though the aspect of financial management has not made an impact. This shows that female entrepreneurs still need training and assistance to improve their skills in managing business finances.
