Abstract

The development of time and technology has significant impacts on humans, particularly in health due to imbalanced lifestyles. Such lifestyles can lead to Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). Preventing NCDs involves maintaining normal levels of blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid in the body. However, invasive measurement methods can be uncomfortable and painful for some individuals. Therefore, an innovative system is needed to provide a practical and innovative solution. The author conducted research to design a non-invasive health monitoring system for blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol levels based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using ESP32. The aim is to monitor health non-invasively, store monitoring results online, and track health by reviewing health summaries on a website. This research applies a developmental research method building on previous studies, leveraging hardware and software development. The study's benefits include assisting medical professionals in providing appropriate care by reviewing health records online.
