Abstract
In breeding turtle dove birds, there are several obligations such as ensuring that the food and drink intake of turtle dove birds is fulfilled, ensuring that the health of turtle dove birds is maintained, so that turtle dove birds are not attacked by disease or death. One of the efforts to keep turtledove birds healthy is to make automation and monitoring in knitted bird cages. By utilizing the internet of things, the breeder can monitor, control, and analyze cage conditions through cyberspace which can be accessed anywhere, anytime, by anyone, so that breeders become easier to find out how their livestock are doing. In this research, the author makes an Rancang Bangun Otomasi Kandang Ternak Burung Perkutut Menggunakan ESP32 dan Aplikasi Blynk, which aims to ensure the availability of food and drink, temperature and humidity adjustments, and sufficient sunlight intake for turtledove birds. The author designed an automation design consisting of ultrasonic sensors, DHT22, load cell sensors, and raindrop sensors. The results of this research show that the automation monitoring remotely can be done successfully using the internet of things. The accuracy rate of sensors in this automation is quite high, load cell sensor by 99%, DHT22 by 98.3%, Raindrop sensor by 100%, and ultrasonic sensor by 91.1%.
