Abstract

Badan Pengawas Pemilu or Bawaslu is a goverment agency tasked with supervising elections in Indonesia. Through this final assignment the author aims to study matters relating to meeting activities in the officed. In this case the author discusses the planning procedures for meeting implementation and the accountability process after the activity is completed. Bawaslu has 3 payment methods for carrying out activities, namely UP (Supply Money), TUP (Additional Supplies Money), and LS (Direct Payment). The meeting planningprocess begins if the implementer has been ordered to meet with the PPTK (Activity Technical Implementing Officer) then the PPTK asks for a budget submissin to the BPP (Expenditure Assistant Treasurer), then it is submitted to the verifier for verification and if its is, it will be sent to the PPK (Technical Implementing Officer). Finnaly the budget will be disbursed by BP (Assistant Treasurer). The parties related to this responsibility are BPP, verifier, BP, and PPK.
