Abstract

This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the influence of hybrid working and employee relations on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction in South Jakarta. This research used 100 respondents with the criteria of being employees in South Jakarta who work in hybrid working using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive and inferential analysis using the Smart PLS 4.0 application with the SEM PLS method. The results of this research show that (1) hybrid working has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) employee relations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) hybrid working has an effect positive and significant if mediated by job satisfaction, and (5) employee relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.
