Abstract

This research was conducted at PT TAULANY MEDIA KREASI (TAULANY TV) which is located in Bintaro, South Jakarta. The aim of this research is to determine the mechanism of income tax planning for PPh Article 21 at PT TAULANY MEDIA KREASI (TAULANY TV). The type of data taken by the author in this research is secondary data and also primary data which the author obtained from interviews and discussions with the head of the taxation section of PT TAULANY MEDIA KREASI (TAULANY TV). The data was then analyzed by the author using descriptive qualitative methods. From the research results, results were obtained regarding the planning mechanism for income tax (PPH) article 21 carried out by PT TAULANY MEDIA KREASI (TAULANY TV) which complies with the regulations in the tax law.
