Abstract

A procedure is a structured series of steps or actions designed to achieve a specific goal. It is usually used to carry out a task and activity efficiently and consistently. The existence of procedures carried out is certainly to help official travel within the Directorate to be efficient and consistent to do because it is part of the Directorate's work program. The purpose of this Final Project Report is to explain how the provisions related to Government Financial Regulations (PMK) and Input Cost Standards (SBM) relating to official travel within the scope of the Directorate of Institutionalization and Prevention of Industrial Relations Disputes. In addition to these objectives, the author uses data collection techniques through observation and documentation so that this final project report can be completed. Not only that, using the data reduction stage and then presenting the data to determine the conclusion is the most important part that the author uses in this report. So that it can be concluded that official travel carried out by the Directorate has certainly also used Minister of Finance Regulation Number 113 / PMK.05 / 2012 which has been revised for some of its contents and has become the latest regulation, namely PMK Number 119 of 2023 which is used as a guideline for the 2024 fiscal year.
