Abstract
The inventory cycle is a round of inventory that is on the Treasury expenditure for daily needs for an organization of regional equipment, where the inventory is given by the regional general treasurer. The background of the selected final project is when learning the author learns about the expenses that are in the regional device organization, where these expenses have to do with inventory money and incidentally the author also conducts fieldwork practices in the regional device organization. The cycle of money supply starts from the ratification of the regional budget until the money supply is exhausted and then replaced with money change. The documents related to the money supply, namely the cash budget, the decree on the amount of money supply, letter of demand for payment of money supply, warrant to pay, warrant disbursement of funds and a letter of responsibility. Knowing how the money supply cycle is very important so that once we understand the cycle we can implement it in the real world when we work and can help us if there are difficulties regarding money supply we already know what to do to overcome these difficulties.
