Abstract
The hospital is one of the health facilities where organized health efforts in the face, dealing with problems for the restoration and maintenance of good health. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of quality of service and price to customer satisfaction Bhineka Bakti Husada Hospital. The population in this study were residents in RW 007 Pondok Cabe Ilir - Pamulang ever used the services Bhineka Bakti Husada Hospital. Samples taken 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is done by using purposive sampling. Is a type of primary data. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Results of analysis using SPSS version 21. These results indicate simultaneously and partially the quality of service and price a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Suggested the company should continue to perform the management, development, and improvement in service, either by using the media campaign strategy, innovation because it has many emerging adult hospitals of competitors. Besides that, it also should be concerned about the cost of hospital tariffs in accordance with the services provided.
