Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine compensation for land acquisition for the Solo – Yogyakarta toll road project for landowners whose land was affected by the construction of the project. Infrastructure projects such as toll road construction often involve land acquisition from the original owners of the land. The Solo – Yogyakarta toll road construction project is one of the important projects in Indonesia which involves extensive land acquisition. Using empirical research methods with a book of law approach and interviews. Then the results show that implementation in determining the value of compensation requires processes for compensation. Because there are several aspects, such as the occurrence of obstacles, the implementation of activities, and there are staff or appointed officials. The conclusion of this study is to inform that there are processes in compensation for communities affected by the construction of the Solo - Yogyakarta Toll Road.
