Abstract
This study is performed to examine the effect variable of Profitability, Ownership Structure (Outsider Ownership), and Auditor Quality toward The Timeliness reporting in Manufacturing Companies, especially in consumer goods industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2013 by using purpose sampling method. Sample that as many as 96 sample. The analysis technique used here is logistic regression method. The result of this study indicated that Auditor Quality have impact to the timeliness of financial statement, but Profitability and Ownership Structure (outsider ownership) haven’t impact to the timeliness of financial statement.
