Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of direct and indirect variable Profitability, Liquidity, and Asset Structure on Capital Stucture Against Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample in this study a total of 50 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis using the t - statistics and F - statistics with a confidence level of 5%. The results showed that Profitability no significant effect on Capital Stucture, Liqudity significant effect on Capital Structure, Asset Structure significant effect on Capital Structure.
