Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the company's growth, liquidity and reputation of the public accounting firm of the going concern opinion on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2008 to 2013. The factors examined in this study are Corporate Growth, Liquidity and Reputation Public Accounting Firm. The sample used in this study a total of 11 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2008 to the year 2013 by using purposive sampling method. Data were tested using logistic regression method. The results showed that the variables of growth, liquidity and reputation of public accounting firms do not affect the administration of going concern opinion. From the results of this research was recommended to management to further consider again about investment options to consider and issue a going concern company.
