Abstract
This thesis aims to look at the criminal responsibility of perpetrators of criminal acts committed by admins who run websites containing online gambling games. The formulation of the problem posed contains: What are the responsibilities of admins who organize websites containing online gambling games in Decision No.1191/Pid.B/2021/Pn.Tng; and How is the Formulation of Legal Regulations Related to Online Gambling in order to Reach All Actors including the Admin? This research includes normative legal research, where data is collected by collecting existing written regulations and responses from experts in their fields. The results of this study show that online gambling crimes committed by an admin can be subject to positive law in force in Indonesia. The government is also expected to be sensitive to social phenomena like this and is expected to make special regulations related to online gambling crimes so that in the future the same case will not be repeated.
