Abstract
The purpose of this magazine is to examine micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) have been affected by digitization, monopolistic behaviors, and unhealthy competition. Both a statutory and a case-based approach to normative legal research were utilized in this work. According to the study's findings, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need to come up with a lot of new ideas if they want to stay afloat in this digital age when competition is fierce and varied. In order to stay in the game and compete with bigger organizations, micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) need to be flexible, modify, and adapt their business models.
