Abstract

Ornamental plants are plants generally treated as decoration because of their beauty value. Activities in caring for ornamental plants have even become a trend in recent years because quite a few people spend their time doing that. The increasing trend in caring for ornamental plants can certainly cause sales of ornamental plants to increase. With various selections of ornamental plants sold at plant shops, each buyer certainly has their criteria in determining the choice of ornamental plants they want. Therefore, to facilitate them in choosing ornamental plants, a web-based decision support system will be designed with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method used for the calculation process. The purpose of this method is to determine the rank of each choice of ornamental plants so that buyers can get recommendations when deciding which ornamental plants suit the criteria of each buyer
