Abstract

The expansion of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) serves as an indicator reflecting economic development. This research endeavors to assess the influence of Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF), and infrastructure on economic growth. Employing a cluster sampling method, the study collected 156 data points through observations from the Central Bureau of Statistics spanning 12 regencies and cities in South Sumatra Province during the period from 2010 to 2022. The research methodology involved a panel data analysis utilizing the Random Effects Model (REM) approach, implemented through Stata 17 software. The findings indicate that TPAK exhibits no effect impact on economic growth, while GFCF demonstrates positive effect. In contrast, infrastructure displays negative influence on economic growth. These outcomes suggest that TPAK, GFCF, and infrastructure collectively contribute to influencing economic growth.
