Abstract
Climate change is a phenomenon that cannot be avoided at this time, and the existence of this phenomenon has also caused a very significant impact on human life, one of the groups of people who feel the great impact of climate change is the farming community. This research aims to provide an analysis of the role of the Indonesian government in fulfilling environmental rights for peasant communities affected by climate change and how the relevance of each policy taken by the Indonesian government with the goals contained in the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. And as a result, theoretically, this research is expected to contribute to the development of knowledge related to international law in the environmental aspect by identifying the impact of climate change and how this can cause both material and immaterial losses for farming communities, this includes how the Indonesian government can become a major actor, especially in terms of policy making and additional regulatory recommendations in the form of government regulations and presidential regulations that focus on Sustainable Development Goals 2030 and problem solving in the agricultural sector so that environmental rights for farming communities affected by climate change can be maximally fulfilled.
