Abstract

PT XYZ is the holding company of PT XYZ 2000 In order to meet customers' needs for carrying out digital transactions for purchasing cars and purchasing car after-sales products, Toyota Sales Operation developed the ABC application. ABC is an application developed for purchasing new Toyota cars, after sales, spare parts, trade in, purchasing used Toyota cars, ordering home service, booking service at PT XYZ 2000 branches, and car credit simulation. At the application development stage, the testing stage is an important stage based on the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) because this stage aims to validate the quality of application performance and the flow of application use according to user needs. This stage also helps developers find bugs in the application. Therefore, automation testing is needed to test ABC applications automatically so that ABC application testing can be carried out more efficiently and effectively. In creating this automation testing using the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) method using the Cypress application which is based on the Javascript programming language. The final result of this research is an automated testing script for the ABC application which is equipped with a dashboard testing report.
