Abstract

The development of the food and beverage industry is happening very rapidly in Indonesia. One of the popular trends in the industry is the trend toward spicy food. Mie Gacoan is one of the popular spicy noodle restaurants in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine, prove, and analyze whether price, product quality, and service quality affect customer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan. The population in this study were Mie Gacoan customers who live in South Tangerang, the sample used was 100 people using nonprobability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The results obtained show that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price, product quality, and service quality variables have a contribution of 63.7% in influencing customer satisfaction, while the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
