Abstract

This research is a quantitative study conducted to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction, especially the factors of price, service quality, and brand trust. The population in this study are users of tiket.com services in DKI Jakarta. The sample size taken was 100 respondents with non-probability sampling techniques, especially purposive sampling. Data collection in this study was done through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Forms. The analysis technique used is the PLS (partial least squares) analysis method with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this study indicate (1) 0.003 price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) 0.001 service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) 0.225 brand trust has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price, service quality, and brand trust together contribute 58.20%, and the remaining 41.80% is caused by other factors outside the model in this study.
