Abstract
Objective Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM) defines as a condition in which the amniotic sac ruptures before the onset of labor. Various studies have investigated the influence of multiparity, anemia, and a history of previous PROM, but the results still need to be consistent. Main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between multiparity, anemia, and history of PROM with the occurrence of PROM at Pelni Hospital Method This research adopts an observational analytic approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consists of secondary data from medical records selected through consecutive sampling methods that meet inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result Chi-Square test’s indicate no significant relationship between multiparity (p = 0.181), anemia (p = 0.302), and a history of previous PROM (p = 1.000) with the occurrence of PROM at Pelni Hospital. . Conclusion This suggest that multiparity, anemia, and history of PROM do not addect the incidence of PROM at Pelni Hospital ini 2022. This may be attributed to the respondent’s PROM occurring due to causes beyond these three variables. Reference : 84 (2010-2023) Keywords : Anemia, History of PROM, Multiparity, PROM
