Abstract
Drug trafficking is a form of transnational crime that is still rife today. The existent of the threat of drug trafficking initiated the formation of Indonesia-Malaysia cooperation in eradicating drug trafficking, especially in border areas that are use as drug smuggling routes. This cooperation was build to overcome drug trafficking in both countries, especially in border areas Kalimantan by coordinating through POLRI and PDRM with exchanging information, actualized joint operations in the field, routine discussions in formulating appropriate strategies and then implement to exchanging technology to track drug trafficking activity. This study, aims to look at the implementation of the cooperation between Indonesia-Malaysia through POLRI and PDRM in 2019-2021. This study are review through the concept of drug trafficking and bilateral cooperation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and literature study.
