Abstract

This writing aims to assess the level of liquidity, problem loans, and profitability of the Core III Bank Group for the period 2019-2022, operating as a Conventional Commercial Bank and registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of this final project indicate that liquidity (Loan to Deposit Ratio - LDR) experienced a decline during the observation period due to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected the decrease in the amount of loans granted by the bank. The problem loans (NPL) of Bank KBMI III also decreased due to the influence of a decline in the amount of credit granted. The profitability of Bank KBMI III was able to generate maximum profits, as evidenced by its high Return on Assets (ROA) ratio and the ability to maximize income from non-interest-based banking services (fee-based income) in addition to loan interest income.
