Abstract
In planning a construction project, it is very important to know the optimized time and costs. From the optimal time and cost, the project implementer can get the maximum profit. However, in the implementation of a project, the timeline is often not in accordance with the implementation at the project location, which can cause an increase in the duration of implementation and an increase in the project implementation budget, resulting in delayed project completion. In this discussion, the case study chosen by the researcher as the object of his research for the analysis of project time acceleration is the Bakauheuni port capacity building project by PT. XYZ. The construction process is planned to take 126 days. However, in reality PT. XYZ experienced a delay of 2 weeks due to delays in the arrival of construction equipment and also external factors. The purpose of this research is to effectively accelerate project completion time in terms of cost and analyze the effectiveness of shortened time using the CPM, PERT and Crashing overtime approaches. So that it can be seen that the acceleration of the duration of the project is the most effective and efficient and the budget does not exceed the budget of this project. The results of this study are 33 critical path work activities so that the optimal acceleration duration for the port dock capacity increase project is 18 days with 108 days remaining work time and an optimal cost of IDR 11,271,963,814
