Abstract

Project planning requires supporting elements to avoid mistakes, such as adding completion time. Delays occur due to the influence of weather conditions and unmet employee needs. This research uses a village office construction project which takes 154 days. This project experienced a delay in the progress schedule in the planned schedule for the 12th week, progress was completed by 41.677%, but only 24.230% was realized, there was a difference of -17.447%, so acceleration was needed. The purpose of this analysis is to identify critical events, calculate the probability of project success, and determine the best time and cost. The analytical method used is CPM, PERT, and Crashing. The CPM method identifies 29 critical activities, then the PERT method determines a 98.38% chance of success. The crashing method adds 1 hour of overtime to speed up 34 days with a total cost of IDR 3,834,915,250, adds 2 hours of overtime to speed up 51 days with a total cost of IDR 3,916,943,604. The best option is the addition of 1 hour of overtime with a total cost slope of IDR 125,932,584. The application of the CPM, PERT, and Crashing methods costs Rp. 3,834,915,250 with a lead time of 22 weeks according to the schedule.
