Abstract

Criminal corruption is a major crime that has a major impact on society as a result of the abuse of public finances that should be used to bring social good health. In a case study ruling on corruption crimes: 29/ pid. sus-tpk /2021/ pk. JKT. The judge in consideration did not accept the application because the central Jakarta court lacked competence and relative authority to prosecute the case. The wronged applicants of the judge's ruling reported to the judicial commission on the alleged violation of the code of ethics regarding the infrequent application of the law of the event by the judge. The purpose of this study is to see the role of the judicial commission in monitoring and examining the alleged breach of the code of ethics by the central Jakarta state court judge in refusing incorporation for damages in the case study. The method of research used was a normative legal approach by reviewing literature studies on the law of the program in conjunction with the judiciary restitution, ethics, and ethics of the judge's (kepph) judicial committee (head of the judicial justice), and by taking data from the audit by the judiciary judge central Jakarta on the case. The result said that there has been a breach of the code of conduct relating to the judge's professional integrity. integrity.
