Abstract
This study aims to examine the Information Value Analysis Net Income and Cash Flow Against Price Shares Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population number of 424 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011. The sample used in this study were 40 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that published financial statements in the period 2010-2011 and the stock price taken five days after the report was published. The variables tested in this study consisted of Accounting Income that was obtained from Earnings Per Shares (EPS) and Net Cash Flow. This study uses secondary data purposive sampling method. Data taken in the form of balance sheet and income statement are analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-test, F test, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) and in addition also tests that include classical assumption normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation test using SPSS version 19.0. The results in 2011 showed that simultaneous Accounting Earnings and Cash Flow significant effect on stock price. Accounting profit partially affect stock price. While Net Cash Flows no significant effect on stock price.
