Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, firm growth by dividend policy. Sample in this study are manufacture companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) 2014-2017. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling and obtained 41 companies with a research period of four years to obtain 164 units of samples. Data analysis was done using Microsoft Excel 2013 and hypothesis testing in this research using Data Panel Regression Analysis with EViews 9.0 program and significance level of 5%. The result of the research shows that (1) leverage has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, (2) liquidity has no significant effect on dividend policy, (3) profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, (4) firm growth has no significant effect on dividend policy.
