Abstract
Trading business is closely related to the process of supplying goods to meet the unpredictable demand for customer orders. Bariklie Collection is a trading business that produces its own goods and then sells it to resellers. However, the recording of the inventory of goods in the Bariklie Collection is done manually, which is written into a book. The problems faced were employee errors in recording data, the difference in the amount of stock in the book with physical goods in the warehouse, besides that the sales department did not know the available stock, resulting in customers having to wait a long time to place an order. Based on the problems faced by Bariklie Collection, a system that can process inventory data is needed. The analysis method is carried out by the PIECES method and the system development method by the Prototype method. Making this system is built based on the website using PHP as a programming language, MySQL database and codeigniter framework. This research produces an inventory management information system that makes it easier and faster for Bariklie Collection to manage inventory data by generating demand features for goods production, incoming goods, outgoing goods, sales results and reporting processes.
