Abstract
Monitoring in an important role in the sustainability of the project to ensure that regulations and can be solved on time. Monitoring also helps make it easier for the project head to control and monitor ongoing projects. Monitoring are currently being carried out manually by contacting each surveyor individually so it is not effective enough. Information about the project is also prevented from being given to the admin to be managed as a report. Therefore, to obtain more effective and efficient project-related information, a monitoring information system is needed to obtain information related to ongoing project developments. The system design method used is System Development Life Cycle with method Waterfall and to visualize it using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result is an information system monitoring telecommunication tower project at PT. Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical so as to facilitate the process of managing project data from the monitoring results of each project.
