Abstract
The exchange rate certainly has an influence in carrying out economic interactions between countries, namely international trade, because a medium of exchange is needed to facilitate the exchange process. There needs to be a role for the components in keeping the exchange rate stable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government bonds, interest rates and inflation rates on the rupiah exchange rate against the United States dollar. The object used in this study is Indonesia with a sample of 2013-2021 on a monthly basis. Error Correction Model (ECM) is used as an analysis technique. A significance test consisting of t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) was also carried out. To fulfill the feasibility, the writer also conducted a stationary test and a classical assumption test. This study found that government bonds have a significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate in the United States dollar, while interest rates and inflation rates have no significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate in the United States dollar.
