Abstract
The quality of nursing services is a standard for determining the quality of service in accordance with patient expectations in order to create a satisfaction for patients as users of health services and as a reference in deciding a hospital in accordance with the quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of inpatients at the Tangerang City Hospital. The design of this study used descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population of inpatients at the Tangerang City Hospital within a period of 2 weeks was 65 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling with the same sample as the total population of patients in the inpatient room for 2 weeks, namely as many as 65 respondents. The instrument used was a service quality questionnaire and a patient satisfaction questionnaire. The results of the analysis of the relationship between service quality and inpatient satisfaction using the Chi-Square show a p value <0.05, p value = 0.003, this indicates that there is a significant relationship between joint services and inpatient satisfaction at the Tangerang City Hospital. Hospitals can continue to improve aspects of care and improve the quality of services provided to patients.
