Abstract

This study was conducted to proof the influence of growth, profitability, dan likuidity to capital structure in manufacturing industry registered at Indonesian stock exchange in 2014 – 2015. Population in this research 147 firms in manufacturing industry, and sample obtained amount 54 firms. Data was obtained from finance report 2014 – 2015. The analysis technique used is multiple regression by SPSS 20 program and hypothesis testing F – simultant and t statistic as well as R2. Result of analysis prove that by simultan variable of profitability, growth assets and liquidty have an effect on Capital structure. hypothesis testing t – statistic as, result of this study shows that adjusted R2 amount 0.411 which mean that only 41.1%variance of capital structured can be describe by 3 variable: profitability, growth assets, likuidity while the rest 58.9% described by other variables out of this model. Partially that growth firm, has not significantly influence to capital structured, while likuidty have significant effect to capital structured
