Abstract
Field Work Practice activity aims to develop the ability of students, to know how much the application of the theory that has been given in the classroom with the practice that has occurred, and so that it can measure the quality of self in the world of work. This Field Work Practice was held for 2 (two) months at Financial Center of the Indonesian National Police Headquarters which was addressed at Jl. Trunojoyo 3 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. During Field Work Practices placed in Financial Affairs / Treasurer of the Work Unit. Obstacles faced at the time of Field Work Practice is difficult to obtain information because the data is placed in other department, and some of the data that will be used cannot be given all for publication because it is confidential. The benefits obtained after carrying out Field Work Practices, namely being able to find out the procedures for disbursing capital expenditure funds at the Indonesian National Police Headquarters Financial Center, there are 2 (two) mechanisms for disbursing funds that are used namely direct mechanisms and money supply mechanisms. In the process of disbursing funds, the Treasurer of the Work Unit uses applications such as the Satker Application System to create Requests for Payment and Payment Warrants, and Accrual-Based Agency Accounting Systems for reporting. After carrying out the Field Work Practice Activities, it can be concluded that the Field Work Practice is very useful because it can add experience and knowledge about the procedure for disbursing funds to an institution. So that it can be used as a provision to enter the real world of work in the future.
