Abstract
The study carried out includes quantitative research with the objective to determine the effect of the work environment, career development, also employee engagement on job satisfaction of employees of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). This study used 76 respondents with staff positions at PT Rawajali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). This study uses the PLS method with the software used is SmartPLS 3.0 through partial (T) and simultaneous (F) testing. The results are (1) career development has a significant influence and positive employee job satisfaction, (2) the work environment has a significant influence and positive employee job satisfaction, (3) employee involvement has a significant influence and positive employee job satisfaction, and (4) career development, work environment, and employee engagement provide a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero).
