Abstract
This study is a quantitative that aims to determine the effect of digitizing Islamic banking services on customer satisfaction in a fast, easy, and controllable service by customers. The population selected in this study is people who have or already know the use of mobile banking by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The selected sample collection technique is purposive sampling with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used to assist this research is the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the variable Digital Banking System, Service, Ease, Convenience has a positive linear relationship to Customer Satisfaction, namely an increase in Digital Banking System, Service, Ease, and Convenience will increase Customer Satisfaction as well. Digital Banking System is the only variable that does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while Service, Convenience, Convenience has a significant influence on BCA Syariah Customer Satisfaction due to the rapid development of today's technology that accommodates banking industry services in Indonesia.
