Abstract
Selection of a good supplier is important for companys. The resulting losses can have a lot of negative impact on the company if it is wrong to choose a supplier. PT. ABC is one of the companies that suffer losses in supplier selection. This study uses the ANP (Analytic Network Process) and TOPSIS methods. ANP and TOPSIS are multi-criteria decision-making methods. There were 3 respondents who were interviewed and asked to fill out a questionnaire. There are 5 criteria with 11 subcriteria used in choosing between 3 suppliers, PT X, PT Y, PT Z. The calculation results from the ANP and TOPSIS methods are that PT Y is the main supplier, followed by PT Z and finally PT X
