Abstract

The lifestyle of the people in the modern era today tends to be consumptive as the increasing demand for large amounts of money causes many customers to be less comfortable doing transactions in cash. PT. Bank BNI Syariah, Tbk created a new product innovation known as the iB Hasanah Card, which is an unsecured sharia credit card product with low interest rates, safe and easy transactions. This study aims to examine the effect of corporate image, price, and promotion on customer interest. Sampling through purposive sampling method which was tested on 100 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical technique used to determine the magnitude of the effect is multiple linear regression assisted by the SPS 20 program. The results of the study conclude that there is a significant influence between company image, price and promotion on customer interest.
