Abstract

An introduction of this reasearch is based on the principle of a need of the financial planning and financial management in the operational activities of a company called PT Gaia Vasana Samana (hereinafter abbreviated as 'GVS'), which is engaged in the business of food and beverage sales restaurant namely "SØREN Bistro". The reason for this research is caused by the research problem on identified that it could not evaluate the financial performance which affected by the implications of the Corona Virus Disease-2019 pandemic, thus causing operational activities to be hampered. Therefore, a technique as an alternative is needed based on the rules of management science to evaluate financial as an aspect of problem solving research. This research methodology is descriptive qualitative, also developed the implementation of Input – Process – Output system theory and constructed such design with the flow of Planning – Organizing – Actuating – Controlling & Evaluating management cycle scheme. The discussion in this research discussed the conclusion of evaluating financial performance with a technique as an alternative as the research invention, as well as producing theoretical advice that is expected to be useful for advanced researchers and practical advice to be useful for the managerial organization of PT GVS “SØREN Bistro”.
