Abstract

Blade is one of an important component in wind turbine who can use the lift force to move a generator. Woods are chosen for the raw material because of their light and resistance to catch more energy. In these research, blades are made using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the materials and it’s quality. Mahogany and pine wood were chosen because of their availability and affordabillity. The output of this manufacturing process produce blades that match with the design by monitoring each processes that they have an excellent and accurate quality.
