Abstract

Fixed assets are assets owned by the company that are used for operational activities that have a useful life of more than one period and the assets are not traded. This audit review is carried out to check whether the values listed in the financial statements really exist, and the calculations are in accordance with the accounting standards applicable in Indonesia. Public Accounting Firm Jeptha, Nasib, & Junihol conducted an inspection on PT. LCS starting from the audit engagement until the audit report found additional fixed assets at PT. In LCS, the addition of fixed assets is not a major accounting problem because with the addition, new fixed assets are created so that additional costs must be capitalized. With that, the Public Accounting Firm Jeptha, Nasib, & Junihol stated that the audit report of PT. The LCS has been presented fairly and is free from material error.
