Abstract
The rich potential of marine resources makes Indonesia a rich country in the maritime sector. Bangka Belitung, which is one of the provinces in Indonesia, is in the process of advancement in the maritime sector, its geographical position is in a tropical region, to the east of Indonesia. The city of Pangkal Pinang as the center of the capital has a feeder port whose activity is high both in passenger transportation and logistiks, one of which is a mining material in the form of tin which is one of the natural wealth in Bangka Belitung. In this regard, the construction of gaIs to repair boats in the area, where both new and already operating ships will experience damage over time and use. Until now, the billions industri for repairs in the area can still be optimized. By paying attention to the criteria that always become the basic considerations of a plan. Gabek Subdistrict, Pangkal Pinang City is an area that is not too close to settlements but also not too far from Pangkal Balam Harbor which is in the center of the provincial capital, where this port is always busy with passenger and logistiks transportation. The airbag system is one of the suitable docking media for this area as a docking or undocking medium because the waters are towed and can be done at any time, either in high tide or low tide. This galangan planning is an innovation that aims to improve the care of fishermen in provincial capital locations where the number of deposits in the area is still minimal.
