Abstract
The number of work accidents in Indonesia shows an increasing trend. It shows there are still problems happen, especially in the construction sector. Work accidents certainly raises the harmful impact, both for companies or workers. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between age, education levels, duration of work, period of work, HSE supervision and HSE training with the accident of workers at PT. Waskita Karya on Serpong-Cinere Toll Road Project. This research is a quantitative analytic research with cross sectional study design and total sampling technique of 100 workers at PT. Waskita Karya on Serpong-Cinere Toll Road Project. Chi square analysis test (p<=0,05) obtained that age variable p = 0,133, education levels p = 0,02, duration of work p = 0,258, period of work p = 0,841, HSE supervisionn p = 0,017 and HSE training p = 0,045. Analysis result can be interpreted that there are relations on educational levels, HSE supervision and HSE training with workplace accident at PT. Waskita Karya on Serpong-Cinere Toll Road Project. Companies should provide training for workers, increase the intensity of HSE supervision, limit the number of overtime days for workers and always remind workers to relax if they experience physical fatigue.
